You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Franchise Banker serves as the single point of contact for a set of assigned franchises. The Franchise Banker will establish Regions as a Preferred Lender, attend franchisee conventions, and produce franchisee referrals for the business group. **Primary Responsibilities** + Supports the business group with analysis and consultative advice on concepts/brands, including but not limited to pre-call planning, joint calls to prospects/clients, and assistance with loan processing + Develops relationships with assigned franchisors from Regions’ targeted brands list + Participates in client meetings, due diligence visits, and other interactions to gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers + Generates weekly calls using a combination of joint calling with business group partners and outbound calling to franchisees within the assigned brands + Communicates self-sourced referrals to the market Commercial Banking Leader and works jointly with the assigned Relationship Manager and SBA Sales Manager (if applicable) + May act as a resource for associates with less experience + Solves complex issues, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field and nine (9) years of relevant work experience **Skills and Competencies** + Collaborative team player + Demonstrated leadership skills + Experience developing others as a mentor + Extensive knowledge and understanding of Franchise Banking industry + Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong work ethic and self-motivation **Additional Job Description** + Experienced Franchise Banker preferred + Expertise managing brands and structuring franchise deals preferred + Experience developing relationships with C-suite of brands preferred **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. **Job Range Target:** **_Minimum:_** $134,567.63 USD **_Median:_** $181,152.00 USD **Incentive Pay Plans:** This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
