The ideal candidate will have a solid background in driving results through others, business acumen, restaurant operations, and building partnerships. Business is booming, and as we continue to grow, you would be responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving new store growth, and preparing franchisees for growth.

The Franchise Business Coach is a full-time position and will report to the VP of Operations. This position will be based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for supporting the Franchise Operations team in the following ways:
+ Perform regular audits of store performance in various areas, such as Product Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness, Compliance to Standards, etc.
+ Analysis of key store performance metrics for all of your stores and franchisees to help maximize performance in each market.
+ Analysis of financial performance for all store and franchisees, including consultation on financial statements and budgets.
+ Meet with your franchisees regularly to review performance, goals and plans.
+ Work with franchisees and the Field Marketing Team on competitive analysis of markets and the creation and execution of local store marketing programs.
+ Support new store openings in your area with increased onsite operations support and consultation on Systems execution.
+ Complete various administrative and structural tasks, such as weekly data reports, weekly and monthly schedules, expense reports, etc. and attend meetings and conference calls.
+ Perform other duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
+ Travel - up to 50% of time
+ Ability to lift heavy items, sometimes in excess of 50 lbs.
+ Reliable Transportation

Minimum Qualifications
+ Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 3+ years’ experience working as a multi-unit manager or consultant in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Business or related field is preferred or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
