RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a deep understanding of franchisee businesses and markets & developing trusted relationships with FZ Area Restaurant Leaders (ARL) based on credibility and performance Responsible for influencing franchisees to grow a valuable, profitable, and successful business through understanding & problem-solving their specific opportunities in customer service, delivery time and employee experience Partner with Operations Advisors on specific restaurant opportunity clusters to drive improvement across scorecard metrics; prioritizes which restaurants and DMA pockets require field visits through the strategic lens of what will drive portfolio results Collaborate with FZ ARL’s to improve performance in underperforming markets, including restaurants that are at risk of damaging the brand. Develop, coach and grow the Operations Advisor reporting into this role and deploy resources thoughtfully towards goals and overall portfolio impact Responsible for 10-20 franchisee relationships within a given region within the US (franchisee relationships to account for ~1,000 stores).KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
Reside in Charlotte, Atlanta, or Dallas preferred, with other remote locations being considered Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related field preferred 10 years of QSR, restaurant, retail, food and beverage, or similar industry expertise to credibly provide guidance and advice to franchisees and their employees to help make their businesses more successful Understanding of the restaurant P&L, including what levers to pull to help drive sales & profitability Strong technical skills to identify, organize, and analyze the relevant reporting to provide the key insights into the business and potential solutions for distressed markets Skilled in problem solving and identification of opportunities/gaps Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain franchisee relationships and influence senior FZ leaders towards brand goals and aligned business objectives Investment/financial competency to understand how to think about return on investment of capital put into new restaurants, remodels, equipment, personnel, technology, and initiatives to drive productive business planning conversations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Estimated travel up to 50%Salary Range: $121,000 – 143,600 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable).
