Responsibilities The Opportunity: The main objective of this position is to have an information supporter and orders tracker with skills to analyze, process different sources of information, elaborate diagnosis and performance across all Pepsico Portfolio from the different Caribbean distributors to allow the Fran Dev Assoc Manager to be more agile in decision making. This role must be aware of overall ROC performance and operation, constantly highlight opportunities towards our brands and distributors partners, and do follow-up to agreements, push plans and initiatives across all distributors, partnering with BFSI, Pepsico expanded team and distributors Your Impact: As Franchise Development Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Gather sales KPI´s information and update performance dashboard Weekly performance chart. POR (Periodic Organization Review) business review presentation every month. Align Forecast altogether the Demand Planning team as well as the Distributors to improve fill rates and ensure a proper order fulfillment (Monthly). Support AOP, 3YP, and other required business presentations. Monthly closing reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional team, Trade Marketing, sales, marketing from Distributors and Pepsico to monitor and ensure agreed strategies are executes as planned. Be a liaison between SSC and Distributors, coordinating and leading meetings in a monthly basis or when necessary to discuss performance, forecast, claims, innovations, etc. Lead OTS Weekly Reviews as well as follow Up and Monitor all process and orders status to ensures a proper inventory level from our distributors. Collaborate with the manager with the pricing analysis on each sku/distributor to ensure PepsiCo proper margins are in place and get the approvals to implement any price change aligned with the actual cost scenario. Prioritize and align innovations with distributors, build the Pre-Assessments and the P&Ls for each innovation. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? University Degree (Bachelor level Business, Management, Marketing, or Finance preferred) 2 years working in commercial and operation environments. Proficient English C1 Experience in FMCG Experience in A/R, Credit, Payments, Claims is a plus Basic quantitative / mathematical abilities (financial competencies is a plus) Customer service mentality Multi-tasking and management of issues that involve multiple functions/entities (internal & external) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
