We currently have an opportunity for Franchise Lead Hematology to join our team. The position will report to the Oncology Business Unit Director.

What you’ll do

Lead the Hematology Marketing and Sales teams of the respective FranchiseEnsure optimal resource allocation and consistent Brand Plans implementation cross functionallyCollaborate efficiently with regional and global stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities and actively contribute to the above country strategy implementationPartner with key stakeholders to lead short- and long-term patient impact across countryBuild on the development of teams’ capabilities through effective team management and coachingManage the overall budget process for the Hematology FranchiseBe a member of the local Leadership Team in Oncology Business Unit

Essential for the role

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business disciplineFive (5) years’ experience in Oncology/Hematology (strongly desired) or Specialty CareFive (5) years’ experience in People Management ResponsibilitySuccessful track record in pharma/biotech sales and marketing roles including sales managementFinancial acumen and ability to gather and act on business and customer insights to shape brand strategyExperience of leading brand strategy within a multinational company with evidence of strong strategy alignment (global to local) and collaboration to deliver overall company resultsSuccessful track record in Key account Management; Proven stakeholder and relationship management experienceStrategic mindset, analytical thinking, presentation and negotiation skillsDemonstrated leadership and ability to influence with or without authorityFluency in Greek and English language

Desirable for the role

MBA or other relevant master’s degree
