Verantwortlichkeiten Lead the agenda and relationship with beverage bottlers for the Horeca and GAM returnable business. Define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and requirements for the returnable business. Identify and articulate market growth opportunities. Support and engage with the bottler to develop a strong Away-from-Home (AFH) category vision for key segments. Collaborate with and guide the bottler in developing, prioritizing, and executing aligned commercial plans for AFH Germany. GAM: Review, build, and execute the GAM strategy through the Regional Group (RG) team. Indirectly coordinate 125 mixed RG Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and 10 dedicated hunters (within the RG structure), as well as the Key Account team. Lead and develop a team of approximately 2 people. Qualifikationen Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing roles within FMCG blue-chip companies. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, or commercial education. Strong ability to engage, mobilize, and inspire people. In-depth FMCG knowledge, including understanding customer landscapes and category dynamics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage extensive internal and external interactions. Proven ability to work independently on complex projects, integrating input from multiple stakeholders and functions. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
