Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Role is remote with minimal (5-10%) travel required

Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and reference materials to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce tools and usage Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the Salesforce sales cycle. Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance sales efficiency using Salesforce automation and workflows, while considering impacts to other internal systems Proactively seek feedback from users on performance success and challenges by leading process improvement workshops as needed Sales Metrics and Reporting Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to sales leadership to identify opportunities for improved sales performance Monitor performance related to Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity Salesforce Business Admin Be the “subject matter expert” for Salesforce, providing primary support to the sales team Collaborate with the development team to set up features and customize the tool Help define and implement criteria for outcomes and milestones measures Customize prebuilt Enablement reports and dashboards Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to support sales initiatives Assist leadership and liaise with shared services on sales related initiatives, processes, enhancements, challenges, and rollouts  Work closely with marketing, tech, and Brand teams to align initiative messaging and sales efforts, ensuring consistent communication Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments Provide support on the dashCRM platform Be knowledgeable in the sales cycle, as well as internal processes from Sales lens, including but not limited to submitting applications, GCI, FDDs, reporting Additional responsibilities as needed by leadership

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 1-2 years of experience minimally in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably within the real estate or technology industries Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM  In depth knowledge of Microsoft Products, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sorting, Advanced Find, Filters, Functions, Formulas, Charts etc.), Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, while taking ownership of individual results A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and time management skills Positive and professional attitude with a sensitivity to confidential issues and attention to details Data analysis skills a plus Strategic, think beyond immediate tasks and contribute to long-term enablement strategies
