Job Description

We are looking for resourceful analysts to join our Fraud Team and investigate various types of digital and electronic risk.

In this role, you will analyze transactions and digital interactions with U.S. Bank to detect and prevent fraud. This includes monitoring money movement through various channels, as well as reviewing website and mobile application activity.

Successful candidates should have strong investigative skills, knowledge of the banking industry, and familiarity with mobile and online banking applications. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities:

Monitor account activity to identify fraudulent transactions and policy violationsSecure accounts to prevent financial lossesContact Customers (via e-mail or phone) when necessary to verify suspicious activityWork with internal departments to confirm the legitimacy of transactionsCollaborate with stake holders to resolve fraud-related issuesMaintain accurate records and fraud trend data

Requirements:

Excellent English (C1)Relevant work experience (preferably in fraud prevention, risk, or a related field)Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructionsProficiency in navigating multiple software systems, including Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve exceptionsAbility to solve complex problems independentlyWillingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday) between 12 PM – 10 PM, 2 PM – 12 AM.Comfortable with a remote work model
