Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager to support one of our largest financial clients. This individual plays a critical role in driving the adoption of strategic initiatives that enhance fraud risk management and financial crime prevention. This role ensures stakeholder alignment, employee adoption, and organizational readiness by designing and implementing change management strategies that optimize business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, the Change Manager partners with business leaders, risk teams, and fraud governance stakeholders to enable transformation while minimizing operational disruption and regulatory risk. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud risk management, regulatory compliance, and the unique challenges of financial crime transformation in a complex, highly regulated environment.
