As a Customer Service Fraud Investigator, your focus is applying fact-finding methods to investigate potential fraudulent activity. You’llseek to achieve the optimal balance between customer experience and fraud prevention through interaction with callers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT OUR FRAUD INVESTIGATORS ENJOY MOST

Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claimsAssisting team leaders with escalated issuesIdentifying and presenting opportunities for improved operational proceduresWorking on a wide variety of investigations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Fraud training: 3 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 yearsEducation: High school diploma or GEDTechnical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk managementSkills: Excellent written and verbal communication with coworkers and customers Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization Extensive knowledge of billing cycles and cross divisional proceduresEffective organization and time management when multitasking
