Fraud Prevention Product Manager- Payments - Vice President

As a Product Manager within the Fraud Prevention, Trust and Safety for Payments team, you will be instrumental in innovating and managing new product offerings from their inception to retirement. Your role will involve acting as the customer's advocate, creating profitable products that provide substantial value to our clients. Utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of product launch strategies, you will oversee the successful deployment of products, gather crucial feedback, and guarantee exceptional client experiences. With a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver top-tier products that exceed customer expectations. **Job responsibilities** + Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for fraud prevention, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain cutting-edge. + Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and implement effective fraud detection and prevention solutions. + Work closely with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and customer support, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business needs. + Understand customer needs and pain points related to fraud. Gather feedback through user research, surveys, and direct interactions to continuously improve product offerings. + Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and optimizations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement. + Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
