About the team
Our team is a diverse and skilled team of professionals in a fast-paced global company. We play a crucial role in detecting and mitigating fraud risks, protecting our company and clients from financial losses. We are a collaborative team that works closely with other groups within the company to effectively secure payment processing.
What you'll own
As a Fraud Supervisor you will be responsible supervising a team of Fraud Support Associates and Fraud Prevention Analysts, that handles monitoring, detecting, investigating, preventing and resolving fraudulent activity within a single line of business. You will need to exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determinate appropriate action and administer company policies. You will work closely with managers and other supervisors on team issues.
Conduct research to identify possible threats and minimize exposure to financial lossAnalyse and evaluate documentation for potential fraud indicatorsReview contracts and other licensing agreements to ensure conformity with legal and underwriting approval requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategiesMaintain accurate records of fraud cases and resolutionsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and preventionWhat you bring:
Experience in fraud detection and prevention, preferably in the financial services or eCommerce industry.Strong analytical skills.Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating different types of documentation.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Ability to collaborate, encouraging others to perform at their best, always welcoming new perspectives.Ability to work across borders, working with your team to achieve your collective goals.• High degree of flexibility, creativity, innovation and critical thinking.Added bonus if you have:
