We are hiring our next Executive Director to join the team! We are looking for a passionate leader with impeccable experience to help our community grow and thrive!


Our Executive Director:


Provides exceptional leadership for Fred Lind Manor and its staff, leading by example and promoting the Culture of Excellence in all aspects of the work environment. Supervises and guides department heads and FLM team members, maintaining dedication and commitment to Transforming Age’s Mission and Values.
Conducts weekly meetings & standups with teams to communicate changes, stay up to date on departmental activities, and ensures consistent and timely orientation and training is delivered to team members. Directs the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives to ensure the success of Fred Lind Manor’s objectives and goals. Works closely with residents, family, and responsible parties to ensure consistent communication, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution. Prepares Fred Lind Manor’s annual operating budget, considering variances and managing programs and strategies to ensure budgets are met. Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns, tours, open houses to maintain occupancy and NOI goals. Operates Fred Lind Manor in accordance with Transforming Age’s policies and procedures, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and security of residents and team members. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and laws and regulations, including DSHS, OSHA and Safety guidelines. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals. Performs other duties as assigned.


What you need to succeed:


Bachelor's of Science in Business, Healthcare, or related subjects, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Assisted Living Administrators License  Five years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry. Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living industry experience. Advanced experience and knowledge working with older adult population. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community. Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working in a non-profit preferred.
