Free People is distributed globally via direct channels such as the Free People US & Free People UK sites, as well as specialty boutiques, top department stores, and the brand’s own free standing retail locations in the US and Canada.

The role includes selling the range, following through on orders, liaising with accounts, scheduling appointments, supporting the sales team and overseeing specialty accounts. The targets are monthly, as there are 12 line launches a year.
We are looking for a candidate who has some wholesale showroom experience, a natural eye for fashion with a good awareness of Free People to join our team to support grow our brand in the UK, European and global markets!
What You'll Be Doing• Support the sales team with all accounts in the UK, EU, MENA and APAC regions
• Oversee select specialty store accounts.
• Assisting with daily order maintenance
• Approving and reviewing all orders submitted on B2B for all specialty stores and distributors
• Checking, communicating, and actioning all product changes in accordance with merchandising logs
• Review and respond to all account inquiries, to ensure they are aligned with global brand direction.
• Prep all Market support - creating order forms, linesheets and noting selections during appointments.
• Support Operations Coordinator with samples for market
• Provide accounts with style information: EANs/UPCs; style numbers; color codes, website copy, etc.
• Create weekly/monthly reorder line sheets for all accounts.
• Weekly partner trade and bestseller reporting
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual basis
• Research new markets and prospect stores to continue the growth of wholesale.
• Attend and sell at tradeshows
• Strong wholesale sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Great interpersonal skills, good at building relationships with partners, clients and buyers
• Good numerical and analytical thinking
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the fashion retail industry
• Any additional language skills are highly advantageous but not essential
