The Free People Movement Stylist is responsible for creating strong, trend driven looks that represent the Free People Movement Brand. The Stylist should have a strong background in trend, but also bring a unique point-of-view when styling with a passion for activewear. Experience in an E-Commerce photo studio is required, with ability to think strategically while partnering with Photography, Art Direction, and Merchandising to execute strong imagery.

Role Responsibilities Create inspiring on-brand outfitting while maintaining a strong level of detail that represents the product, fit and Brand’s strong identity.Collaborate with Style Director to set the tone for monthly trend and ensure cohesion across all members of the Creative Team.Partner with the Merchandising Team to ensure product is well represented and protected with business initiatives always in mind throughout styling process.Oversee Weekly Turn Meeting with the Merchandising Team to set the tone - creating strong trend driven capsules that protect Brand and business initiatives. Think big picture when concepting capsules by having consistent dialogue with Merchandising Team on class opportunities and increase awareness on monthly category focuses that will drive revenue.Communicate effectively and efficiently between all team through both verbal and written interactions. Collaborate with Movement Art Director to set the tone for imagery execution to ensure product is represented in an impactful way.Build strong communicative partnerships to ensure product is styled, shipped and shot to meet tight deadlines. Ability to adapt quickly to change based on needs of the business and maintain organization in the process.Ability to self-manage and create new processes that will streamline workflows for all Teams.Strong communicator on-set to ensure product is shot accurately and daily shot count goals are met.Maintain a strong presence on-set to ensure Brand initiatives are well represented while promoting a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration between all team members.Inspire the on-figure stylists to ensure imagery, outfitting and trend are constantly evolving and inspired by athletic and sportswear.Attention to detail with an emphasis on style that pertains to the Free People Movement customer.Ability to manage time efficiently, execute under tight deadlines, pay strong attention to detail and maintain high quality standards that represent the Free People Movement Brand.
Role Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Fashion related field5+ years styling for e-commerce and editorialExtensive background in an e-commerce photo studio setting.Excellent eye for trend, creating new styling ideas and the ability to execute those ideas on-set.Thorough knowledge of on-figure styling techniques, fit and tailoring that aligns with industry standards.Experience with activewear a plus!Ability to travel frequently.

The wage range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
