ATTN: is looking for a Freelance Casting Director and Producer to source and book creators of all social following sizes and across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong knowledge of the creator space and deeply connected with their representatives. An understanding and vision of how to align talent with brand-specific messaging is imperative.

What You’ll Do:

Research digital creators that align with brand's messaging to build talent pitch lists and write detailed client-facing bios and pitch sheets on prospective talent Collaborate with members of the internal account, strategy, creative, production, and sales teams Observe and build a strong awareness around viral trends and emerging talent on platforms Reach out to talent and their representatives to send offers, negotiate rates and deal points, and generally ensure the success for each campaign

What we’d like you to bring:

6+ years experience across Talent & Casting, specifically with influencers and content creators. Digital and branded content experience is preferred. Strong management skills,  organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relationships and connections amongst social creators, personalities and influencers, as well existing client relationships with publicists, agents and managers Detail-oriented self-starter attitude, who brings hands-on experience in digital media content development and production. Content/Program/Campaign development experience particularly within a fast-paced team setting that took a concept from ideation to launch The ability to stay calm and collected while working on fast-paced timelines. High level of dedication and an infectious, positive personality

Compensation:

The estimated weekly fee paid for this position is $2,200 to $2,700 per week. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

This is an 8-week freelance engagement, with the possibility to extend. If the role is based in Los Angeles, please expect to be in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and as dictated by business needs.
