With our flexible scheduling, you’ll be able to teach group and private lessons at times that suit you best each week. Our academic team provides most lesson materials, so you can skip hours of lesson prep and focus your energy on connecting with the students you meet in the classroom. Though our peak hours are in the afternoon, lessons are scheduled 24/7, 360 plus days a year. Responsibilities Conduct 40- to 45-minute conversation-based group and private online lessons with adult learners. Provide after-class reports to all students, detailing their progress and ongoing recommendations for improvement. Keep up to date with all platform and classroom enhancements. Manage own teaching schedule. Requirements South African Residency. You must live in South Africa and be in possession of a South African identity document. C2 level English speaker with a neutral accent. Completed Bachelor’s degree (Compulsory). 120-hour TEFL teaching certificate (Compulsory). Highly computer literate. Professional, energetic, and excited about people. Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Other work experience counts.
