Freelance Scheduling Coordinator - NBC Sports

Job Description

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 7 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities

Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnelBuild crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedulesCoordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpowerHiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancersInputting personnel into internal system, SCOREEnsure compliance with all applicable company policiesWork closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needsWorks closely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issuesOnboarding of new techniciansLearn and comprehend all below the line positionsMay perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

BS/BA degree required in a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of two (2+) years’ experience in studio & field broadcast operations or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software
