Job Description

Senior Recruiters provide added value by operating as subject matter experts in a specific department or vertical within PHM. Your role will be to source, screen, and successfully place top industry talent in a high volume capacity.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniquesManage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offersProvide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positionsPartner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated rolesExecute Publicis Talent processes and policies consistentlyProactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of needSchedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zonesMaintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicableFully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition toolsContribute to ad hoc project workRepresent, articulate, and evangelize the Publicis brand proposition

 

Qualifications4+ years of recruiting experience2+ years of LinkedIn Recruiter & advanced search experience1+ of recruiting marketing, media, and/or advertising roles

Compensation Range: $25 - $50 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
