Klick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Production Artist to join our talented team and drive the modification of assets for new geographies. This role involves consulting with Creative teams on formats and reproduction as well as collaborating internally with teams like Client Services and Project Management.
Please send your resume in English.Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of talented production artists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Oversee day-to-day operations of the production studio, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project timelinesAsset Modification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for modifying assets based on different geographical considerations. Ensure the seamless adaptation of assets to meet cultural, linguistic, and regional preferences, while maintaining the integrity of the original contentQuality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of modified assets, meeting both internal and external quality benchmark. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the production processWorkflow Optimization: Streamline workflows and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and meet tight deadlines. Work closely with technology and tools to identify opportunities for automation and innovation in asset modification Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, project managers, and regional leads. Act as a liaison between the production studio and other departments, ensuring alignment with overall company objectivesResource Management: Manage resource allocation effectively, including manpower, software, and hardware, to meet project demands and timelines. Identify and address potential resource constraints, and work proactively to resolve any issuesQualificationsExperience working in agency studios with increasing responsibilitiesStrong understanding of asset modification processes and best practicesProven experience managing and leading creative teamsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyIn-depth knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies for asset modificationExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English and Portuguese.
