Freelance Technical Designer - Aerie Intimates :

- Support the Aerie Intimates teams on all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to final development with direction from and under supervision of the category's leader.
- Represent the company's interest in universal and consistent fit and proper construction.
- Liaise with Design and Production to communicate Aerie's point of view to vendors.
- Lead and facilitate fit sessions.
- Communicate development and fit information, from initial concept through pre-production samples, via written reports, phone conversations, sketches, and/or pattern corrections in a timely manner.
- Maintain fit standards, written reports, records, and samples.
- Create and maintain tracking reports of sample status.

 

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Experience in fashion/apparel design, specifically: Intimates/Lingerie/Underwear
- Pattern-making skills required
