Job Title:  Freight Account Manager

 

Job Description

The Enterprise Account team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation services. As this team continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, they consistently

evaluate the current defects within their shipping network and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role,

the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

 

Responsibilities

Support vendors and sellers with transportation issuesOvercome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real timeIdentify transportation defect root causesMonitor, verify, and present data dailyMaintain daily logs on assigned shippersLead daily business review stand up callsLead weekly calls with assigned shippers

Skills & Qualifications

One year or more of account management in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldCustomer service skillsExperience managing disruptions as they occurMicrosoft ExcelCritical thinking skillsData analyticsExperience writing documents, such as process improvement proposalsEffective communication and organizational skillsWork Environment

This position is onsite five days a week starting in January 2025.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
