Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing a broad range of complex supply chain analytical, audit and payment processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics being part of a global teams and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to global business units and HP vendors.ResponsibilitiesManages a broad range of complex supply chain analytical, audit and payment processes, such as invoice audit, tolerance analytics, SOX compliance, reporting, and business/process operations, typically for a large global business unit.Periodic user access reconciliationParcel Account managementAudit provider managementIndependently executes basic audit and pay activities, connecting operation to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.Drives analysis conducted for management.ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) management including analysis and testing regarding matching and invoice application/allocation.Collaborative engagement with finance in the areas of data reporting and system functionality and training.Monitors key metrics, creates relevant reporting metrics, and reviews information for continuous improvement.Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.Communicates requirements and guidelines to the global businesses.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCertified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations)Knowledge & SkillsContinuous Improvement ProcessData Analysis of large data setsLogisticsGeneral and Supply Chain ProcurementIndependent drive to work/problem solvingSimplificationStandardizationInnovativeFinance (fundamentals including AP, AR, accruals)Contract knowledgeDocumentation managementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Microsoft Suite ApplicationsProcurementSAP ApplicationsEDI knowledge and fundamentalsSOX and Compliance fundamentalsSQLSupply ChainSupply Chain AnalysisSupply Chain ManagementWarehousingCross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & ScopeImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.ComplexityResponds to complex issues within established guidelines.DisclaimerThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
