• 1-3 years’ experience, 4 years higher education preferred.
• Experience in freight payment invoice.
• Support various projects related to data gathering, metrics/reporting and other department efforts related to freight payment.
• Experience in payment invoices.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
• This position has a core responsibility to support freight payment invoice and dispute auditing as processed through client’s Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• The individual must learn the functionality of the TMS in freight payment so that proper actions can be taken in the system to resolve invoicing disputes and rating discrepancies identified by transportation carriers or displayed as rejected by the TMS system.
• A detailed understanding of Clients transportation contracts and tariff rate structures must be followed to accurately and effectively complete freight payment invoice audits.
• The position may also support various projects related to data gathering, metrics/reporting and other department efforts related to freight payment.
• The ability to work accurately while under pressure to meet deadlines is critical.
