We are actively hiring a French Instructor to join our team working in the WMA. You will be responsible for supporting a government agency and your office with language instruction, translation, transcription, and/or interpretation services. RESPONSIBILITIES + Work 40 hours a week. + L inguist/Instructor will provide French training from ILR 0 to ILR 4 level, using published curriculum approved by component. Teach French classes to officers, including beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, based on mission need. + Develop lessons plans, homework requirements, progress checks and testing for classes to augments curriculum. + Hold daily office hours for language consultations with customer. + Provided limited one-on-one instructions monthly, when available. + Work under the direction of experienced senior trained instructors. + Instructors are required to complete specific sponsor training on teaching mission-focused foreign language skills and conducting foreign language testing in order to become certified according to Sponsor standards.
