**DESCRIPTION**
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced English to French Canadian Translator who is proficient in using AI platforms and has a proven track record of working cross-functionally within an organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both languages, excellent translation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to meet our company's goals.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Translate a variety of content from English to French Canadian, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
+ Utilize AI platforms and translation tools to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure translated content aligns with company objectives and audience needs.
+ Review and edit translations for accuracy, grammar, and style.
+ Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in English to French Canadian translation.
+ Proficiency in using AI-based translation platforms and tools.
+ Strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences in the French Canadian language.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French Canadian.
+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with various departments.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation).
+ Familiarity with machine translation post-editing.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
