Job Title: Fresh Channel Coordinator

Location: Fresh Channel Office

Department: Supply Chain

Position Summary:  The Fresh Channel Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily tasks of the Fresh Channel Cross Dock operation. Supports the members of the Fresh Channel team as well as works cross functionally with other groups and manages relationships between our vendor partners and store operations. Analyzes data to gather information and propose effective solutions.

Principal Duties:

Utilize Wawa ticketing software to communicate store reported issues with Fresh Channel to our vendor partners.Work with both Store Operations and the vendor to identify the root cause and establish a resolution.For escalated issues, identify and provide trend data to leadership.Communicate all vendor critical out of stock items to executive leadership daily.Analyze data sent by the vendors and work cross functionally with other teams to understand the cause and when the items will be back in stock and communicate accordingly.Assist with identifying and resolving daily performance gaps with Fresh Channel vendor partners and help the Supply Chain Senior Professional execute long term performance improvement solutions.Work with the PR team to enter donation requests in SAP for FC product needed for community events. Work with all vendor partners involved to ensure execution of community events according to the established timeline and make changes when requested.Enter credits in SAP to adjust store’s inventory and provide Accounting the required month end data and reporting to support the closing process.Help mentor and coach other admins in Supply Chain across multiple channels (Fresh Channel, McLane Grocery etc) on customer service resolution, tools and applications, coordination with other teams, SAP process overview etc.Identify opportunities in the supply chain for increased velocity, work simplification and improved execution, which will generate cost savings, revenue enhancement and improved customer service.Perform daily inventory reconciliation between our data management system (SAP) and our vendor partner’s (JDA).Coordinate ad hoc distributions to stores including coffee cambros, signage, and the yearly Cheers to Classrooms initiative.Manage the Supply Chain team’s on-call schedule, by entering it into MyWawa, coordinating any adjustments, and communicating to the current schedule to the team weekly.Responsible for managing inventory of McLane supplies needed at the cross dock and cutting POs in SAP.Coordinate New Store Grand Opening deliveries with the store team and the vendor.Assist the Supply Chain Senior Professional with special projects as needed.Report any long term out of stocks or Fresh Channel updates to the Store Ops supply chain communication team weekly.Perform audits of the various partners on an as needed basis.Help with Supply Chain event coordination for employee and vendor engagements and team building exercises.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree preferred3+ years of related work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
