Job Description

Manually clean lining off gizzards with a roller machine.  Work is accomplished on a stationary table between two production lines.  Incumbent acts as quality controller and gizzard machine monitor for all gizzards produced.                                             

Qualifications

Able to do basic math, counting and telling of time.                  Ability to understand and communicate in English.  Able to follow instructions, both verbal and demonstrated.                                      Previous production type experience preferred.  Must be able to stand at work station and other positions as assigned.                          Good hand‑eye coordination.  Ability to make quick quality judgement decisions within the levels of assigned duties.                                   Must be able to work with wet hands throughout the shift.
