OVERVIEW Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Common Areas – Clean and sanitize common areas. Bakery Cleaning – Clean and sanitize bakery areas. COP Tank – Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank. RTE Production Lines – Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines. Fryer Filtering – Filter fryer. Fryer Boilout – Boil out the fryer. Production areas – Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education High School Diploma/GED preferred Experience No experience required Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred Licenses/Certifications None required ACCOMMODATIONS Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
