Job Description

Our Center of Excellence in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planner Production Control to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient operations within our manufacturing facility.

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilizationAnalyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and support decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of productsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levelsImplement and maintain production control systems to track and manage production processesConduct demand forecasting and capacity planning to align production with business goalsIdentify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve overall efficiencyParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projectsEnsure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all production activities

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reportingStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departmentsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
