May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and market stand facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Point of Sales. + Enters all sales in AiF to ensure purchases are accurately recorded. + Makes changes on iPad to ensure fan includes payment card in the Intuit Dome App. + Follows standard procedures for issuing frictionless transaction disputes. + Interacts with fans and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. + Observes customer purchases in the stand line and differentiates between standard portions. + Replenishes and stocks condiments, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas. + Keeps beverage case stocked. + Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures. + Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements. + Performs other duties as assigned.
