Description We are seeking a Front Counter Clerk, Senior to join our team. This role is situated in the industry and located in Hollywood, Florida. As a Front Counter Clerk, Senior, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including processing customer payments, maintaining accurate civil records, and providing service to walk-in and phone customers. This is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handling high dollar amount court fees and ensuring accurate cash handling • Maintaining clear and precise civil records for court proceedings • Providing detail oriented service to walk-in and phone customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently • Utilizing accounting software systems to process and apply fees • Performing computerized billing and other accounting functions as needed • Answering inbound calls, providing information and assistance to customers • Filing documents accurately and meticulously to avoid any potential legal complications • Ensuring all court filings are prepared and processed correctly • Upholding detail oriented behavior at all times, adhering to workplace appearance guidelines.
