Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Counter Clerk in the heart of Hollywood, Florida, United States. Responsibilities: • Manage interactions with customers in-person and via phone, ensuring excellent service. • Handle high-value transactions and cash handling responsibilities with precision. • Accurately process and apply fees to customer accounts. • Organize and maintain customer files to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. • Operate accounting software systems for processing transactions and billing. • Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively. • Conduct court filings and related administrative tasks. • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and appearance at all times. • Ensure proper handling of sensitive documents, highlighting the need for meticulous attention to detail. • Perform various accounting functions as required.
