Adecco is supporting a local client for Front Desk Receptionist in Livingston, Nj.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Open studio.
+ Turn on lights
+ Turn on Lobby Music
+ Turn on check-in kiosk
+ Turn on Desktop computer and access Club ready system (This is the POS system)
+ Answer phone calls or text messages and rebook clients if necessary.
+ Notify clients if a class is cancelled.
+ Check-in clients
+ Ensure all clients have signed participation waivers.
+ Upload waivers as necessary.
+ Escort clients into gym area if they arrive late.
+ Turn away clients that arrive after a pre-designated time.
+ Sell merchandise using POS system.
+ Ability to write up a new agreement using club ready
+ Must take class at least once a week. (unlimited membership is free.)
+ Take garbage the back of the building at end of shift. Replace bags. And do a final clean of the bathrooms.
+ Turn on security alarm and lock the door. **Qualifications:**
+ 2 plus year in front facing receptionist job
+ Flexible schedule
+ Computer Skills
+ Phone and email experience.
Pay rate: $18-$19 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Early morning or Afternoons
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
