Front Desk Administrator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry, based out of Stamford, Connecticut. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing communication channels, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records for our busy property management office. Responsibilities: • Oversee the efficient handling of inbound calls, ensuring all are directed appropriately. • Uphold superior standards of customer service, promptly address tenant queries and resolve issues. • Manage detail oriented email correspondence, responding timely to tenants and contractors. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to properties and tenant details. • Process data entry tasks with high precision and attention to detail. • Utilize your skills in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service to ensure smooth functioning of the front desk. Requirements • Proven experience in Receptionist Duties is required, including managing phone calls, emails, and walk-ins. • Proficient in Customer Service, with a focus on providing excellent service to clients and staff. • Knowledge of real estate and property industry is a must. • Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying. • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organization skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Availability to work during standard office hours, with occasional overtime as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent education level. Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
