Overview We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on guest service to join our Front Desk Team! The role of a Front Desk Agent is to greet customers warmly, complete the registration process, verify payment methods, answer phone calls, and resolve guest complaints. They must also remain calm and alert in emergency situations and use their own judgement to solve problems. The job requires standing and movement throughout the front office area. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external guests. Ability to stand and move throughout the front office while performing essential job functions. Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to access and input information accurately using Maestro. Necessary hearing and visual ability to detect emergency situations. Experience with Maestro systems is desirable, but not required. Other: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
