Edith Macy Center has more than 14,000 square feet of indoor conference space, 58 sleeping rooms, and we are situated among 405 wooded acres in the heart of Westchester County. Overview Edith Macy Conference Center is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This is a part-time, weekend position, 7am-3pm shift. Hourly rate is $18-$20 DOE Responsibiities: - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures - Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently - Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries - Process payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Additionally you will provide transportation and luggage delivery to our guests. Qualifications 1yr. min. of hotel experience A valid, clean driver's license is required. Computer experience, Maestro experience a plus. Friendly willing to help personality Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
