Location Description Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview Do you love sharing experiences and talking to people about theirs? We are looking for people people to join our team as a Front Desk Agent! Our Front Desk Agents provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors. Position Description & Job Responsibilities Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established. Thoroughly complete all guest transactions. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Resort policies. Maintain house bank. Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Manager and Supervisors. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Solicit guest feedback via guest comment cards. Cross training in PBX, concierge, and bell podium coverage. Qualifications Experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent oral and communication skills. Computer literate. Pleasant telephone demeanor.
