\n \n Job DescriptionWork Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL\n\n***Flexible Schedule Required ***\n\nThe Front Desk Attendant must have strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. This position also requires the Front Desk person to be detailed oriented and able to multitask. In this position you must have a approachable and friendly attitude, able to meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; and accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms.\n RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work.\n\nEducation/Experience/Knowledge:\n\n\nMinimum 1-2 years Front Desk experience.\nHigh school diploma or equivalency preferred.\nIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink).\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills required.\n\nSpecial Requirements:\n\n\nAbility to lift 30 -- 50 lbs.\nWork in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.\nPhone etiquette.\nHandle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.\nAbility to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.\nAbility to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.\nProblem Solving.\nAbility to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.\nOrganized and detail and customer service-oriented.\n
