Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Front Desk Agent, you would be responsible to:-

1. Ensure all franchise and Crescent mandated training is completed.
2. Respond to guest’s special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Implement and continued support of company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, brand standards compliance, maximize revenues, to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel customers.
4. Assist Fellow Guest Service Agents with duties on shift and upcoming shifts.
5. Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for clerks and other employees. Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions. Make decisions and take action based on previous experience and good judgment, sometimes revising approach to accommodate unusual situations. Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems only after other alternative solutions have been offered.
6. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
7. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Flexibility regarding scheduling is required.
8. Assist Front Office Manager with weekly various administrative tasks and duties, as needed and ensure compliance with procedures / protocols in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

What you will be doing each day

As our Front Desk Agent,  you will be working with our Front Office Manager and other teams to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will be working during different shifts on the front desk, while also providing leadership to the team and completing administrative tasks .

Job Requirements: 

Computer literacy Hotel PMS experience an asset Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment Excellent verbal & written communication skills Willingness to learn, develop & grow Numerical acuity and high attention to detail Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift) Professional presentation Must be willing to work overnights, holidays and weekends Able to perform other duties as required
