Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay, creating memorable first impressions, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to our guests. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values. Responsibilities A Front Desk Agent’s typical day includes the following: Checking in guests quickly, accurately and effectively with the highest level of guest service Suggesting activities for guests so they can make the most of their stay Being compassionate toward guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise Allowing your fun-loving personality to assist the guests Exceeding guests needs and expectations Qualifications This job might be for you if: You like providing outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people, as well as reconnecting with familiar guests who return year after year. You get a kick out of exceeding a person’s expectations. If you have previous experience providing excellent customer service, that’s even better! You enjoy the details.
