The Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Desk Team, whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.  As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Desk is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions and concerns.

Job Requirements:

Any experience at a 4 or 5* hotel in a similar position.Basic understanding of the Opera system is an advantage.Fluent English and Hungarian (any other language is a plus).Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving ability.College degree.  An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task. EU work authorization.

About Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace

Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace is an art nouveau masterpiece, which was built in 1906. It originally housed residential apartments for most of the 20th century before its transformation into a Four Seasons Hotel in 2004.

The hotel has 179 rooms and you can also opt for fine dining at Kollázs Brasserie & Múzsa Bar and relax at the rooftop spa.
