Job Summary:

As the Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests, and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Agent is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.  

 

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate  

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report

Check guests in and out, conduct pre-arrival communication, and touch base with guests after arrival

Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspections dates and reporting issues found

Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on phone

Newspaper and package delivery

Assist with projects

Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

Friendly, strong people skills 

Somewhat strong computer skills 

College degree preferred

Previous hospitality experience preferred

Valid US driver’s license

Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
