THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verify their credentials, and assist them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel part of the MGM Resorts family.

Anticipate their needs and address any concerns promptly, following the S.H.O.W. Service Basics.

Manage early and late arrivals and departures seamlessly.

Handle walk-ins and ensure smooth guest room check-ins and check-outs.

Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to enhance guest loyalty.

Partner with Housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations.

Issue room keys securely.

Prioritize guest security, privacy, and confidentiality throughout their stay.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a High School Diploma or GED.

Has at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations as a front desk agent, concierge, or other related role.

Pays attention to small details and avoids mistakes.

Skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.

THE SCHEDULE:

Must be available to work any shift (Day: 8:00 - 4:45PM, Swing: 3:00PM - 11:45PM, or Overnight: 11:00PM - 7:45AM).

Must also be available to work weekends and holidays.

The typical pay for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
