For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office.

The Successful Candidate Will
+ Be the face of the company as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors and callers
+ Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
+ Support various departments by taking on diverse projects, particularly in marketing and social media management
+ Provide chat support for our customers, using AI tools to enhance response times and improve user experience
Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
+ Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, emails, and packages
+ Provide prompt and courteous customer service through various communication channels
+ Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives as needed
+ Maintain and update office records and databases as required
+ Additional duties in social media and other departments may be assigned
What You Need for This Role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
+ Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
+ A proactive attitude, eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role is a plus
