Being on our team means you have a strong desire to make an impact on other people + This role interacts with guests and team members all day, they must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with an outgoing and engaging personality. + The hotel operates off a Property Management System and the front desk agents work in that system all day long, someone with the ability to pick up computer skills easily is necessary + The front desk role is at the center of attention to all hotel guests and requires someone to be able to stand for the duration of the shift + Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
