**Role Description**
We are seeking a **Receptionist/Admin Assistant** to be the welcoming face of our office and the first point of contact for our valued clients. This is an **on-site role** where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our professional atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
In this position, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and handling administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Your role will be key in creating a polished and welcoming experience for all who enter our space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional greeting.
+ Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and ensure seamless communication.
+ Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
+ Assist with meeting room coordination and ensure office spaces are well-maintained.
+ Handle clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
+ Maintain a polished and professional office environment while delivering top-tier customer service.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
+ Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
+ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ A proactive and customer-service-oriented mindset.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
