Overview
The Receptionist reports to the Director of Operations and serves as the official greeter to all who enter the building. This person will provide optimal customer service while answering the main telephone lines and directing all visitors. The Front Desk Associate is also responsible for providing clerical administrative duties as well.

Annual Salary
$36,000.00
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Work in collaboration with the office manager overseeing the daily functions of the office
+ Greet and check in clients, visitors and employees using electronic software
+ Work closely with security regarding the safety and procedures of the office
+ Collaborate with the office manager and operations department for employee and site related issues or inquiries that require follow up
+ Keep inventory of office supplies and assist the office manager with placing orders, storing and distributing supplies
+ Answer phones and emails
+ Assist with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
+ Responsible for arranging front desk coverage
+ Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
+ Use electronic software to assist with scheduling conference rooms
+ Maintain conference rooms
+ Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. There are at least three days during the year that the Secretary is required to work after hours.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required
+ The applicant must have at least one year of experience as a secretary, receptionist or similar job title
+ Computer proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience
+ An associate degree is preferred
+ Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
+ Customer service, organizational, and time management skills
