We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to support our Tower Senior Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! Serving as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, this position provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This receptionist schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, staff, volunteers and vendors with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possibleAssure prompt and positive action on all resident service opportunities including requests, complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate building staff per building policy.
