Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate building staff per building policy. Follow-up with clients to assure successful completionAnswer the telephone, using professional telephone etiquette, taking accurate messages and ensuring their deliveryClearly communicate issues and outcomes to building manger, supervisor and following shiftKeep lobby/common spaces and entry neat and clean and welcoming to residents and visitors Qualifications No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service settingExcellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor requiredOrganization skills and orientation to accuracy and detailBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $15.57 - $20 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience

We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to support our Tower Senior Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! Serving as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, this position provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This receptionist schedule includes;
